Ella-Sian is Source's Marketing and Sales Director and, as such, is responsible for ensuring we are using and seeking out the right opportunities for growth. Ella-Sian manages the marketing, sales, and offerings functions, establishing approaches that are in line with overall business objectives to drive success within the business.

Ella-Sian joined Source in September 2014 and has taken great joy in watching the business grow to what it has become today.
