Our commitments
Creating positive change for people, community, and the planet
At Source, we strive to make a meaningful difference for our people, our community, and the planet. From charitable initiatives and volunteering to becoming B Corp certified, we act responsibly and ethically in everything we do.

B Corp certification
We are proud to say that we are a B Corp-certified organisation. This accreditation recognises the hard work we’ve put in to meet B Lab Standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. We’re especially pleased to have scored strongly in the “workers” category, reflecting our high employee satisfaction and the success of our annual intern programme.
We are delighted to be part of a global community of 10,000+ businesses that are leading a global movement for an inclusive, equitable, and regenerative economy.

Source in the community
At Source, we look for meaningful ways to make a positive impact in our local community. We support individual fundraising by contributing up to £200, and as a team, we’ve participated in a variety of charity initiatives over recent years.

We work closely with Mind, our current charity partner. Mind is a well-renowned charity that works to provide mental health support for those that need it, and advocates for change in government, law, healthcare, and work. We have raised over £1,300 for Mind so far, through a charity raffle and quiz.
We collaborate with Career Ready, a social mobility charity, to deliver a successful and rewarding annual internship programme. We hire summer interns from socially and economically deprived backgrounds to help them build their skills, experience, and confidence in the workplace.
We have volunteered with Soup Kitchen London on their Street Outreach walks, distributing food and supplies to people sleeping rough in central London.

We have previously worked with Breaking Barriers, a charity that supports refugees to overcome various challenges to find meaningful paid work in the UK. Source donated £10,000 and raised over £2,000 through sponsored walks.
At Christmas and Easter, we set aside time to make seasonal cards for Cards for Bravery, a charity that shares handmade cards with children in hospice care to brighten their day.

Responsible and ethical business
As a Living Wage Employer and member of the Good Business Charter, we champion equality, diversity, and inclusion, ensuring that all employees and applicants are treated fairly and can thrive.
We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, maintaining a safe, respectful, and non-discriminatory workplace, and working only with partners who share our zero-tolerance approach. While our business is assessed as low risk for modern slavery, we embed these principles throughout our operations and supply chain. Our full Modern Slavery Statement can be found here.
Relevant policies, including our Whistleblowing Policy, Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy, and Diversity and Inclusion Policy, are accessible to all employees via our Employee Handbook and guide our ongoing commitments.
