He builds and implements our AI strategy, embedding the right capabilities into our offerings to deliver smarter, faster, and more actionable insight.
Earlier in his career, James worked in startups, taking new ventures from idea to execution. His seven years of experience underpins his user-first approach today: Testing, refining, and scaling solutions to make sure they deliver real-world value.
