James is a Data Analyst at Source, having joined the team in October 2023. His role is largely based in Tableau, creating visualisations for consultants in dashboards which are used in the Client Perceptions Studies (CPS) reports, as well as other bespoke decks. He has a keen interest in streamlining processes, making them more automated & robust while ensuring data is readily available for anybody who needs access.

In his previous role, he worked alongside the NHS to manage national dashboards and monitor key patient safety metrics.
