Luke is responsible for the data architecture behind our sophisticated MegaModel platform, designing and refining systems that improve model accuracy and streamline day-to-day data operations. His work is central to ensuring that our data infrastructure is robust, built for purpose, and continually being refined.

Prior to working at Source, Luke built years of expertise working as a data engineer at a range of startups and small businesses, where he specialised in building and maintaining robust data pipelines to ensure fast, reliable access to data for the people who need it most.

Luke's pragmatic approach to complex technical problems underpins Source's decision making, giving us confidence in the data our valuable insights are built from.
