Zoe joined Source in Spring 2018 and is Executive Assistant to our CEO, Fiona Czerniawska and the wider Senior Leadership Team. With a high attention to detail and extensive experience of supporting at a senior level, Zoe oversees the diaries of the entire Senior Leadership Team, ensuring each Director is assisted and supported in their day-to-day tasks.

Zoe is also heavily involved in our recruitment process for every role within our business. From screening potential candidates to onboarding new starters, she will take each candidate through the process in a welcoming and professional manner.
