Managed Services: Delivering on the Promise
Remote working during the pandemic and the need for organisational adaptability have increased clients’ interest in replacing conventional consulting with a managed service in which a combination of software assets, proprietary data, and deep expertise are used to deliver outcomes to clients on an on-going basis. There isn’t, however, a single “managed services” market, but a highly fragmented one in which the balance of customised to standardised components is one of several significant challenges facing firms already investing in this space.
