Perceptions of Consulting in the US in 2025
This report examines how end-users think about the leading consulting firms in the US.
As part of our Client Perceptions Program, firms in this report are ranked on multiple metrics, including service quality, perceptions of the value they add relative to the fees they charge, and the extent to which they are front of mind for clients. We include data on every stage of the client’s journey through the buyer funnel, including their familiarity with firms, the extent to which they would consider working with a firm, and how strongly they would advocate for firms.
In this report, we found that US clients are more concerned about global reach than those elsewhere, making it a much more likely decisive factor for US clients when choosing a firm, alongside expertise, innovation, reputation, flexibility, and an ability to implement. We take a closer look at what this means to clients and how firms can showcase themselves as truly global.
