Digital transformation
As a follow-on from our report published late last year we’ve seen demand for consulting support in this area increase dramatically (our latest estimates suggest that roughly half of all new consulting work in 2016 was connected to transformation in some way). But the transformation market is changing: clients are now looking to link front-office change to a more integrated, organisation-wide approach. Consulting firms who’ve benefited from the first wave of transformation fervour many not necessarily be the beneficiaries of the second.
